  • What are your rates?
    Rates start at £22 per hour, with variations based on cleaning complexity and frequency.
  • Do you provide cleaning supplies?
    Regular Cleaning & Airbnb: We recommend using your own cleaning supplies to optimise costs. However, we can provide them for your convenience. Deep Cleaning, End of Tenancy, Post Construction: Supplies and equipment are included in our services.
  • Do you provide your own cleaning equipment?
    Regular Cleaning: Equipment is not provided so equipment like vacuum and mop will need to be provided Deep Cleaning, End of Tenancy, Post Constructions Cleaning, Oven Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning: We can supply all necessary equipment.
  • How do you guarantee quality control?
    Prior to clean we provide you with a checklist, to ensure that both the cleaner and you as the client are on the same page with the priorities for the job. Once the job is done, if you are not completely satisfied, we'll arrange a re-clean of the areas that you were not satisfied with, free of charge.
  • What cleaning services do we provide here at city centre clean?
    We provide a comprehensive range of cleaning services from regular cleans to post construction cleans. If you have a specific cleaning need that isn't listed, don't hesitate to contact us. We may be able to accommodate your request
  • What areas do we serve?
    Our current cohort of cleaners mean that we cover all of Nottingham.
  • If I have feedback about something, where can I share this?
    Please feel free to submit this to our info@citycentreclean.com email address, or you are also welcome to call us if you would prefer to provide your feedback over the phone.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Payments Accepted

You can pay us by bank transfer, or we can raise an invoice and provide you with a payment link, this is entirely up to you, but will be decided upon before work is commenced.

Cancellation Policy

As no money is exchanged prior to work commencing there is no charge for cancellation, however if you cancel without good prior notice, you may find it difficult to rebook with us in future.

Satisfaction Guarantee
